The Third Person Camera can be pre configurated to match with the player controller. It can have multiple setting which are activated if needed. By default the camera comes with a regular, crouch and aiming setup.
Input Name and Activation can be used to activate a camera preset. If no Turn Button is set, the camera will automatically rotate with mouse.
If you instantiate the character you can attach the camera as child. It will unparent itself when the character is instantiated.
